We collect your name, email address, date of birth, contact number, and the payment details needed to process UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. Device and session data is also logged to secure your account against unauthorised access.

Payment data passes through encrypted channels to our payment processor. We store a transaction reference for your account records, not your full payment credentials. Paytm and UPI tokens are never held on our servers in plain form.
